This policy applies to purchases made with Fitnessdyn, a business located in Tucson, Arizona. State consumer laws may provide additional rights.
Digital guide licenses
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you have not downloaded the complete licensed PDF package. Preview excerpts do not count as delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
Studio sessions
Cancellations at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund or credit. Later cancellations may incur a preparation fee shown on your booking confirmation.
How to request a refund
Email talk@fitnessdyn.world with your order number and reason. We respond within three (3) business days.
Non-refundable items
Custom enterprise bundles and delivered site-wide licenses are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a signed agreement.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
